The Gustinos wheat flour dough granules / pellets are a delicious snack for frying in this 227g package. Here in the raqueta shape (tennis racket shape). They are hard when unfried and have an orange color that changes as soon as they are fried in your deep fryer or in a pot. They then look more like light crab chips and can be crunched. They are also vegetarian, sugar free and fat free as long as they are not deep fried in fat (they can be coated thinly with oil and prepared in a hot air fryer).

The Gustinos can be enjoyed after the frying process, for example, with lime and chili powder or salsa. Gustinos is a leading company in the field of snack pasta products and has existed in Mexico since the 1970/80s.

Recipe

They can be thinly coated with oil and prepared in a hot air fryer or immersed in oil heated to 180-190 degrees in a deep fryer or pot, using a metal strainer / metal basket and left there for 5-7 seconds.
