General Shipping Terms

The shipping conditions of the respective delivery services apply.
We reserve the right to charge shipping costs also shipping surcharges plus the total of the items you ordered, which differ from the published shipping costs on the homepage, in flyers, kiosks or stores mentioned price overviews of the respective delivery services.

We also reserve the right to update the shipping costs or shipping surcharges from time to time (in rare cases also after your order) in the form of a reduction or increase of the prices to be paid in addition. This may, in rare cases, result in additional or reduced costs for you, which we will notify you of via communication channels such as email, SMS, messenger or telephone prior to dispatch of the goods. If this has not been done, we ask you to report it to our customer support.

The delivery services listed below do not necessarily correspond to the delivery services available from us in this store for your orders. We reserve the right to determine the delivery service depending on the products to be shipped and the distance between our warehouse and the destination itself, without the choice of delivery services available to you in the purchase process.

The shipping price depends on the weight of your order.

For deliveries to Germany
- Order value from 55 EURO is free of shipping charges*
- Order value from 0 to 54,99 EURO depending on weight between 4,39 and 11,99 EURO*

Listing of shipping prices within Germany by weight total* of the order:
- 0-3 kg = 4,39 EURO
- 3,01 - 5 kg = 4,39 EURO
- 5,01 - 10 kg = 7,99 EURO
- 10,01 - 31,5 kg = 11,99 EURO

*Total weight = weight of the products + filling and packaging material required depending on the product.

For deliveries to EU countries
- Order value from 85 EURO is free shipping*.
- Order value from 0 to 84,99 EURO with shipping costs 20,99 EURO*.

For deliveries over the EU borders
- Order value from 95 EURO is free of shipping costs*
- Order value from 0 to 94,99 EURO with shipping costs 29,99 EURO*

When shipping to non-EU countries, additional taxes or costs (e.g. customs duties) may be incurred as part of your order, which will not be paid through us or invoiced by us, but must be paid by you directly to the relevant customs or tax authorities. For details, please contact the respective competent authorities.

*We strive to keep our shipping information up to date at all times, however, we reserve the right to make adjustments if special conditions occur for an order quantity that is not common and that require an adjustment or are accompanied by short-term changes in the terms of our package delivery services.
