Bienvenidos - which means "Welcome" - is a lettering to hang in style for Día de los Muertos, the Day of the Dead, which is always celebrated in Mexico on November 01 and 02. It is a day when Mexicans remember their deceased relatives and friends. This celebration has a great importance and is associated with numerous traditions and symbols. However, it is a lively and colorful celebration, because in the belief of Mexicans, on these days the deceased come to the world of the living and celebrate with you.
The lettering, also called Letrero, looks good on Dia de los Muertos above doorways, festive tables or at passageways or on walls. The figures and letters are connected by a drawstring. The material is cardboard with a print that partly glitters a little with the figures.
