Green Enchilada Sauce from San Miguel 794g
Green Enchilada Sauce from San Miguel 794g is backordered and will ship as soon as it is back in stock.
Spicyness:
The green enchilada sauce from San Miguel in the large 794g tin is produced in San Miguel, a beautiful town in Guanajuato, Mexico. It is combined from quality ingredients such as green tomatoes / tomatillo, jalapeño chilies, cumin and other carefully processed ingredients.
The enchiladas verdes dish is extremely popular in Mexico and quite quick to prepare if the sauce does not have to be made by hand first. The green enchilada sauce tastes slightly more acidic and fresher than the heartier red version.
You prepare the enchiladas by simply pouring the contents of the tin over the warmed rolled tortillas in which you have wrapped, for example, pulled chicken, then sprinkle with grated cheese and bake in the oven until the cheese has melted. San Miguel is a Mexican company that has been around since 1967 and is represented in our store with several cooking-related products.
