RECIPE FOR A SILVER LEAF PALOMA COCKTAIL

- 1.5 parts 1800 Cristalino Anejo Tequila
- 1/4 share lime juice
- 1/2 share grapefruit juice
- 1/2 part simple syrup
- 2 parts sparkling wine

Glass:
Coupe with salt rim

Garnish:
Silver shimmer, thyme wrapped in silver foil, grapefruit peel.

Add all ingredients except wine to a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into a glass. Top up with sparkling wine.
